What
We
Do

The Living Country Community is a group of companies created for the purpose of restoring, practicing and sharing the knowledge, culture and belief systems that underpin Australian Aboriginal culture.

The culture that has cared for this country, keeping it, and our society in pristine health since time immemorial.

Our Mission

Central to our system is that our primary cultural, custodial role is to care for country (our Mother) and bring all people into a proper relationship with Country.

It is through this we believe we can restore the cultural, psychological and practical relationship all people need with our country and culture, but in particular that our Aboriginal communities need. We do this through employment, through care, through investment and action.

As a group, Living Country is for everyone – for every person that wants a renewed relationship with culture, with nature, with the future – based on the profound knowledge, cultural and caring for country practices that the world will need if we are to navigate a future for our planet (including sky country) together.
